The Journey Summer Enrichment Camp is Hiring an Art Teacher Near Brooklyn, NY
The Journey Enrichment Camp fosters education for all! In an effort to harmoniously engage our students we have created a 6-week course in multi-culturalism. We are currently seeking a proficient Art instructor to support our Monday & Thursday 10:00 am-11:00am schedule
Duties and Responsibilities: • Teach basic Art concepts, ensuring that each student is positively encouraged to develop their potential in the subject area. Apply the latest instructional methodologies to produce weekly age-appropriate art pieces.
Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Art studies or at least 10 years of formal teaching • Must be fluent in speaking and writing English Qualifications: • Experience teaching art to K-6 school students • Knowledge of Chinese culture and literature
Additional Requirements
- Must undergo background check
- Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
