What You’ll Do:As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the voice of our energy efficiency programs, supporting customers interested in participating in clean energy initiatives. Your role will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and outreach to utility customers
- Providing program information, answering questions, and assisting customers throughout their participation process
- Managing response times, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally and courteously
- Using problem-solving skills to quickly assess customer needs and find solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous call center experience (inbound/outbound)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A detail-oriented approach with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in typing, data entry, Microsoft Office, and web searches
- A positive, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experience with energy efficiency or the utility sector
- Knowledge of CRM systems and a strong background in MS Office
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000
- Remote Position: TRC provides all necessary computer equipment.
