As we expand into new categories and markets, we’re looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain PO logs.

• Negotiate and finalize costing, maintaining detailed cost logs.

• Communicate potential timeline risks to the Director of Production.

• Update and maintain vendor Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams (CFT).

• Lead weekly WIP meetings with factory partners to ensure transparency on timelines and quality standards.

• Source, develop, and negotiate for all packaging needs.

• Monitor factory adherence to vendor manuals and chargeback agreements.

• Work with the planning team to distribute supplier projections and secure factory capacity.

• Engage in daily communication with vendors to address production-related issues.

• Initiate fabric and garment testing as needed.

• Collaborate with third-party and in-house Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure first-quality production and shipping.

• Own Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations to vendors.

What You Have

• B.A. or equivalent experience.

• 5 years in production, preferably imports.

• Deep understanding of development and production calendars.

• Strong comprehension of garment composition and quality control.

• Ability to analyze apparel cost sheets.

• Experience managing a diverse supplier base, including fabric, trims, and manufacturing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in international relations.

• Strong project management skills and experience managing CFT.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $110,000 based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range does not include potential bonuses or benefits.
