Job details:

Position: Assistant Clinical Admin Coordinator.

Duration: 6 Months (Chance of Contract to permanent).

Location: Brewer, ME 04412.

Hours: 8-4:30 (but we could be flexible)

Pay: Good in the market.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing Charts from Storge against NLH Retention limits
• Review the chart to see if it meets the criteria be destroyed/retained further.
• Positions in this function includes those responsible for initial triage of members, administrative intake of members or managing the admission/discharge information post-notification, working with hospitals and the clinical team. Includes managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providers/members, providing information on available network services and transferring members as appropriate to clinical staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School or GED.
• One year of relevant experience preferred
