Salary: $45,000.00 USD Annually - $55,000.00 USD Annually
DescriptionBilling Analyst As a Billing & Pricing Specialist, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment as an integral part of our world-class Billing Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customer shipments from various plants for US Sales. Collaborating closely with business Purchasing and Customer Service teams, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding the business invoicing processes and ensuring correct invoices for both internal (Intercompany Customers) and external (Third Party Customers) stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Process daily invoicing activities for our internal customers, utilizing appropriate price lists and any customer-specific contracts or programs for each sales order.
  • Generate invoices in our JD Edwards ERP system and release them to customers via email or EDI delivery.
  • Handle periodic price adjustments and special promotions based on approved credit memo requests.
  • Collaborate with both the Customer Service and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate pricing, leading to correct invoice processing and delivery to customers.
  • Manage upfront pricing in the system by obtaining price lists and program specifics from the Sales Support team.
Requirements
  • An associate degree or comparable experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in learning and using the Macola ERP system and Microsoft Office products
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers via MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
