Role Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst who is proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong foundation in Tableau, Confluence, and JIRA. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, soft skills, and relevant experience to support our banking or financial services projects.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Confluence for team collaboration and content management.
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA for project tracking and issue resolution.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- High degree of autonomy and independence.
- Self-motivated with a keen understanding of data and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
