Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst.
As a Business Systems Analyst you will work with various departments and stakeholders to analyze their business needs and requirements and develop and maintain software solutions and applications using tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, and other platforms. You will also create and present reports and documentation to management and provide technical support and training to end-users.
Onsite Work Required 4 Days a Week.This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements and design software solutions and applications
- Develop and maintain business workflows, data models, and system architectures using SharePoint, Salesforce, and other platforms
- Test and troubleshoot software solutions and applications and resolve issues
- Create and present reports and documentation to management
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a business systems analyst or a similar role
- BS degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Salesforce or similar CRMs, and Workflow software
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Experience with Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables
- Effective time management and organization skills to succeed in fast-paced environment
