What You'll Do
- Become a product expert: Gain a strong understanding of our innovative technology and applications.
- Master the quote game: Develop customer quotes and estimates using our ERP system.
- Order whiz: Process all order types seamlessly and ensure accuracy.
- Communication is key: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, customer portals, and even in-person visits.
- Be a customer champion: Manage customer portals and provide ongoing support, from new customer setup to order changes and cancellations.
- Spot potential: Identify opportunities that align with our growth goals.
- Team player: Support the Customer Service team during peak times and special projects.
- Has a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a drive for accuracy.
- Is a quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- A college degree (any major). Can also be in progress as we offer tuition reimbursement
- Prior customer service experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Experience using customer portals.
