- Experience: 5 years in QA/Food Safety, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Certifications: SQF Practitioner Certified, HACCP Certified, and Internal Auditing Training.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with retail meat cuts and product specifications.
