Shift: M-F (Core Business Hours)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, background checks and employee eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain Employee Database and appropriate phone/email directory.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data entry including compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education and work assessments.
• Coordinate, organize, and track necessary staff training, including the maintenance of certifications, licensure and qualification records for staff.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR-related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management system.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience:
• Human resources: 3 years (Required)
• Healthcare, Non-profit or related industry: 3 years (Preferred)
