DescriptionInfrastructure Business Analyst
Location: Waterford, MI (Local Candidates Only)
Type: Long-term contract with extensions
Schedule: Hybrid onsite (2 days per week)
Interview: Face-to-face interview required
Job DescriptionAs an Infrastructure Business Analyst, you will collaborate on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. Your responsibilities will involve eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and analyzing current business processes and systems.
Your role will require proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the project and ensure deliverables meet specifications. You’ll engage in data analysis, design solutions, write technical requirements, test and implement technology solutions, conduct research, create procedures to enhance existing systems, provide user training and support, and draft Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Environment: This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Remote work should be conducted in an adequate home office, following standard work hours.

- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
- Passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identifying issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on Infrastructure projects
