Role Overview: We are seeking a Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in evaluating hardware-software interfaces, developing specifications, and establishing performance metrics to solve client issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving with engineering teams to optimize system interfaces.
- Offer expert advice on software system maintenance or directly perform maintenance activities.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive software testing and validation procedures.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project status, proposals, and technical aspects such as software system design and maintenance.
- Supervise software programming initiatives and oversee the creation of technical documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer service and interpersonal relations.
- Independent work ethic with proficient time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, specification authoring, development, testing, and delivery.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective system changes.
- Familiarity with development software such as SQL, Java, J2EE, etc.
- Backend Java: 6 years
- Microservices Architecture: 6 years
- OCP/Kubernetes: 6 years
