- Must handle multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Oversee and communicate the graphics and labeling program from start to finish.
- Responsible for all regulatory label submissions for the U.S. and Canada.
- Collaborate with regulatory consultants to ensure packaging compliance with all regulations.
- Review all package labeling to ensure adherence to U.S. and Canadian regulations and company standards.
- Provide final approval on supplier/customer proofing websites and manual approval processes.
- Approve live packaging samples before production release.
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries related to claims and sourcing.
- Issue film/label samples for graphics books as updates occur.
- Maintain and update Management of Change documentation for new packaging materials.
- Update and manage packaging specifications within the company system (e.g., pallet patterns, package images).
- Keep accurate records of regulatory and graphics approvals.
- Act as the primary contact for graphics-related matters internally and externally (Sales/Marketing, Agencies, Pre-Press, Customers, Suppliers/Printers).
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize, track, and manage multiple projects across brands and production facilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 40 or more hours per week.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education.
- 2 years of experience with packaging graphics and government labeling submissions.
- 2 years of experience with U.S. and Canadian regulatory submission/approval processes preferred.
- Graphics and Regulatory Certifications preferred.
