Summary :

• Experience in Manufacturing setting (3-5 years preferred)
• Strong Electrical skills - Circuits, diagnosing, repair
• Some leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Salary 75-95K annually depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery and electrical systems, following established procedures and checklists.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose problems, and repair or replace faulty components.
• Install new electrical equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Maintain and update electrical documentation, including schematics and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues that impact production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures while working on electrical equipment.
• Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned, which may include mechanical repairs, lubrication, and basic cleaning.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, including AC / DC theory, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
• Experience working with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to use and maintain a variety of electrical tools and test equipment (multimeters, amp clamps, .
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
