Position Title: Strategic Procurement Manager
Required Skills: procurement strategy, terms and conditions, project management.
Nice to have skills: wireless.
Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days a week)
Interview Process: 3 rounds; 30 minutes with HM and 2 other interviews with directors.
• Team: Enterprise Procurement team – think strategy, negotiating, and putting purchases together. This team does not manage purchase orders. Strategic procurement team supporting comcast wireless network (not purchase orders or fulfillments, more strategic aspects of procurement, managing supplier relationships, building strategies for categories they’re supporting, and then implementing those strategies)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with terms and conditions, RFP’s, pricing analysis using excel.
- Strategy-focused role.
- Will be focusing on wireless technology and will be responsible for their own category, most likely RAN technology.
- Will need some project management skills – communicate with stakeholders as needed.
3-5 years’ experience needed in procurement
