About the Role: As a Jira Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions across our SDLC platforms. You’ll provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices for system development, security, and performance. Your expertise will contribute to delightful user experiences and compliance with organizational requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, install, and test technical solutions.
• Offer subject matter expertise on SDLC platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, SpiraTest).
• Implement Atlassian plugins and integrate them with other enterprise software.
• Create knowledge documentation related to requirements and solution design.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for administration and self-service.
• Own solution implementation, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and propose process/tool improvements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation and/or system administration.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud platform technologies.

Certificates or Licenses:

• Preferred certifications in Atlassian products.
• Desired certifications in low-code/COTS implementations.
