The Judge Group is currently seeking a Tech Lead - Risk Management and Internal Control to support a large federal agency in Philadelphia, PA. Position Overview: As the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing risk management and internal control activities. You’ll lead an onsite team of contract support personnel, collaborating closely with Government employees to ensure program success. Effective communication and collaboration with Government personnel are essential for this role. Responsibilities: Coordinate support activities with Government personnel.
Assign and schedule work tasks for team members.
Review contract support team-produced items for quality and adherence to RMIC program requirements.
Provide strategic advice to enhance the RMIC program.
Collaborate with Technical Leads at other MSC locations to standardize RMIC efforts.
Facilitate working sessions related to risk management and internal control.
Prepare and deliver leadership briefings and recurring reports.
Review Government program documentation and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with local RMIC needs and Agency guidance.
Collaborate with Government personnel to review contractor deliverables.
Submit contractually required deliverables to the Government.
Maintain the master deliverables tracking file.
Ensure timely delivery of required deliverables.
Create bi-weekly task order activity reports and monthly project plan progress reports.
Provide oversight for assigned contractor support team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Minimum eight years of experience in financial management, accounting, internal controls, risk management, or auditing.
Experience may include federal employment, military service, or private sector roles.
Alternatively, a graduate degree in accounting or related field, or current certification as a CPA, CRMP, or CGFM can substitute for two years of experience.
