DescriptionPosition: Training Specialist/Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Camden, NJ
Job SummaryDesign, develop, pilot, and deliver learning programs for staff and management using diverse delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, blended programs, webinars, and individual interventions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules for classes, webinars, etc., including facilities assignment.
- Collaborate with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on new course and exam development.
- Work with leadership to identify training needs and ensure that course content, training methodologies, and materials meet those needs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing courses.
- Generate reports and ensure compliance with core curriculum.
- Identify training needs, including leadership and professional development.
- 2-5 years of administrative, program coordination, or corporate experience required.
- The candidate should be highly organized, professionally persistent, highly collaborative, and motivated to make a meaningful impact across all levels
- Superior project management skills, including the ability to define a roadmap, identify necessary resources, and execute with excellence.
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to derive insights from multiple data points to shape solutions.
