The Kelly Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for its Lafayette, Indiana , location. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, and two years of past experience is preferred.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

• Assist project manager and site superintendent through the administration and control of quality standards
• Resolve constructability discrepancies
• Conduct first and last piece inspections along with 10 percent general inspections
• Operate Tessa height gage and Faro arm
• Provide guidance regarding standards and contract documents
• Read blueprints in standard and metric measurements
• Use calipers, pin gauges, thread gauges, angle finders and additional inspection tools
• Generate reports of inspections performed and interact with craft workers and managers
