The Keyes Company is looking for a Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. As the Content Strategist at Keyes, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and copy to engage different audiences, including agents, clients, and homebuyers. You will collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team to deliver innovative content strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring creative consistency and driving brand awareness. Your role involves attending events, creating multimedia content, managing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to continually optimize our marketing efforts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Work collaboratively to plan and execute unique content strategies across real estate and ancillary services, bridging business requestor goals with audience-centric content that increases brand awareness, engages key audiences, drives traffic, and generates business. 
  • Creative Process Assistance: Assist with the creative process of brokerage and associate level content and campaigns, from drip campaigns to social media. 
  • Social Media Management: Supplement the corporate and executive social media content and strategy across a variety of platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and guide client social strategy. 
  • Multimedia Content Creation: Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and photos. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and insights. Provide monthly reports and social media performance analysis for leadership team accounts, proposing strategies to improve. Identify trends, content gaps and target audience preferences. 
  • Copywriting and Collaboration: Create original copy, source images, and collaborate with team members to ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice, managing content governance and audits. 
  • Executive Content Coverage: Supplement social efforts by attending events, meetings, speaking engagements, and lifestyle opportunities to capture content for the executive team. 
  • Partner Content Alignment: Manage relationships with partners to co-create shared narratives that enable Keyes to reach new audiences and markets 

Requirements

  • Travel necessary; must have reliable transportation 
  • Video editing skills 
  • Experience working in real estate marketing is strongly preferred 
  • Experience developing high-performing social media content 
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Understanding of best practice across digital and print platforms 
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Reporting and metric analytics 
  • Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment 
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven 
  • A bachelor's or similar degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required (marketing, journalism, etc.) 
  • 3 years’ experience as a marketing professional
  • Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus but not required 
  • Skills in Adobe InDesign is a plus but not required
