The Kosher Gourmet is Hiring an Office Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Kosher Gourmet, a kosher catering company and specialty store in Atlanta, is looking to hire a competent and experienced Office Manager.

This is a small business, and therefore this position will manage a variety of different facets.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a calm, motivated presence, who can handle things as they come, and take initiative in the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

· Administrative tasks such as payroll, scanning and emailing files, monitoring office supplies.

· Customer service- taking orders via phone, email, and Grubhub. Handling orders, complaints, and questions in a warm and professional manner.

·

· Work closely with CEO to accomplish daily tasks.

· Social media management – creating and posting content to Facebook & Instagram page, encouraging engagement and growth.

· Graphic design such as designing flyers, menus, labels, etc.

· Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services.

· Maintaining website using Wix platform.

Qualifications:

· 2 years of marketing and customer service experience

· Graphic design experience including Canva or similar software.

· Previous experience in the food/catering industry.

· Familiar with Kosher and Jewish food and traditions, or willing to learn.

Our ideal candidate is:

· Responsible and organized – efficiency and multi-tasking is crucial.

· Proficient in basic computer platforms and able to learn new systems quickly.

· Friendly and engaging, and able to stay calm: no matter what.

· Proactive in problem solving, takes initiative, suggests ideas and solutions.

· Not afraid to work in a hands-on environment and do what it takes to get things done.

Hours: 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday

Pay: $25 - 30/hr. based on experience
