The Project Controls Specialist role will support all aspects of monitoring and controlling costs, document control, progress measurement, schedule development and control.

Essential Functions

• Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining cost data

• Create and QA/QC invoice submissions

• Submit monthly financial program reporting

• Support field leadership on program needs

• Utilization of program planning software (Quickbase) to enter work order information for field crew usage

• Perform project planning and scheduling tasks
• Assist with Change Order Management for projects
• Assist in updating schedule progress
• Assist in performing Earned Value calculations for project updates
• Integrate data from one program to another
• Regular and predictable attendance
• The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location
• Understand and comply with the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe/Bluebeam Revu (Recommended)
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $53,600-$80,500 / year
  • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. ?????????????????
