The Lakes of Clermont is conveniently located in the southern half of Lake County, within a mile of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. 40 private and 20 semi-private suites will include individual bathrooms each with it's own shower. Enclosed, interior courtyards with water features will provide multiple locations for relaxing. For entertainment, a movie cinema on-site will provide residents with surround sound theater experiences. Personalized dining services will be provided by our trained culinary staff, including a registered dietitian.
Responsibilities:
Speech Language Pathologist, Full-Time
The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehab Center has a fabulous opportunity for a driven, passionate, and caring full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) . The SLP will:
- Develop individual treatment programs for our members
- Provide consultation to the nursing staff
- Train therapy staff on treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:- Must have a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university program and Certification of Clinical Competency, or in process of C.C.C. post-graduate requirement.
- Must hold and maintain licensed to practice by the state where our facility is located (FL, IL or MO).
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is desired.
- Ability to relate and motivate patients for productivity.
- Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, administrative personnel and other staff
