LaSalle Network is working with a manufacturing company in the Sterling Heights, MI area who is looking to add an Inside Sales Specialist to their team! This is a full time, temporary role with no set end date.

Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Work with customers to determine products that best fit their application via phone and email
- Assist with customer quotations
- Assist with issuing and processing returns
- Perform a variety of customer service and administrative tasks (I.e., scanning, filing, etc.)
- Assist with customer order issues or concerns
- Assist with processing online orders and shipments
- Quote and book shipments for customer orders
Sales Representative Requirements :
- 1 year of previous customer service and / or sales experience (2 years preferred)
- Experience working with an accounting and / or ERP database (preferred)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (I.e., Outlook and Excel)
- Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy sales office is essential
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful but not required
