WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for The Lash Lounge in Southlake - who loves the beauty industry and wants to grow their career! This role is ideal for anyone who has worked in hospitality, customer service, and/or retail sales. Your expertise will be in providing an excellent customer experience for all of our guests and contributing to a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on customer interaction, membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Interact with customers and provide an excellent guest experience
- Manage service scheduling for guests via in person, phone, or online
- Contribute to salon operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- 1 years customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Hourly wage; commensurate with experience Commissions on sales

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
