Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Tempe/Chandler office. This role is responsible for expanding our business development efforts and increasing market share in the designated market. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives on helping others succeed, believes in bottom-up leadership, and values continuous learning as the basis for their action plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others are essential.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50k per year
• Bonuses: Potential to earn between $70k - $100k per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and mentor new and existing agents (20-40 agents)
• Ensure professionalism and high job performance standards in collaboration with staff
• Maintain a proven track record of sales success
• Lead sales and business meetings
• Conduct research on competitors and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies
• Attract and retain talented agents
• Foster a family/team culture and environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate transactions
• Active real estate license
• Proven success in recruiting and team-building
• Exceptional people skills
• Strong leadership, management, and goal-setting abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills and solutions-based mindset
• Proactive, driven, and positive attitude
• Expertise in career development and training
• Proficient in computer use and MLS systems
