About us
THE LAUNDRY BASKET is a small locally owned laundromat in Shreveport, LA. Our goal is to provide a valuable workplace for our employees, great laundry service to Shreveport, and a clean and safe storefront for our customers!

We are looking for a responsible person with customer service skills and strong attention to detail to join our team at a local laundromat for the 1-9p.m. shift. Part time 16-24 hours weekly.
Must be available 1 or 3 - 9 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday, Friday optional.
Duties include but not limited to:
Wash/fold customer’s clothes, bedding, etc for our Wash-Dry-Fold service
Professionally Iron clothing, drapery, table linens
Clean machines and facility daily – wipe down machines, sweep, mop, vacuum lint traps
Help self-serve customers with questions about washers and dryers
Requirements:
Must be able to work evening shift on weekends.
Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
Must be able to spend majority of shift standing, carrying, walking, pushing, pulling, and bending.
Must be confident in working shift alone.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
