Position Overview: 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in influencing clients to engage the law firm for our life changing legal services and in ensuring that prospective clients receive a seamless and supportive experience from their initial contact until case signup and onboarding.

Your primary responsibilities will include hospitality, welcoming clients from initial inquiry, fostering trust and confidence with intelligent, knowledgeable responses as related to immigration law, but also evoking a sense of partnership and care. 

In addition, you will be trained to screen clients through in depth case intakes, following up with clients via phone and email, scheduling client appointments, gathering personal details and documents, consulting with the Managing Attorney on case strategy, and onboarding clients with empathy, compassion, care and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients in person and on Zoom in our New York office to conduct case intakes to determine best case strategies for prospective clients, under the supervision of the Managing Attorney
• Foster trust with clients
• Be inquisitive and respectful of our clients’ different experiences and stories
• Take adequate notes and documentation of client conversations
• Close prospective clients on contracts
• Participate in sales team meetings and goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in person in the NY office 5 days a week 

• Flexibility to work on weekends 
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Proven success in customer service and sales-oriented positions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent communication skills
