POSITION SUMMARY:
The Case Manager works directly with our Personal Injury department and other departments within the Firm. Must be highly organized, possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, strong risk management/problem-solving skills, and solid communication skills. Duties include frequent client contact, medical records review and analysis, assisting clients with medical providers, preparing files to submit a properly documented demand, and providing superior client service.
