Infant/Two's Teacher
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or achievements
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Requirements:
- Early chilhood Credential is preferred
- Previous experience working with infant /toddler children in a childcare or daycare setting
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Physical education background is a plus
- Ability to provide care for toddlers as needed
