Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our educational programs. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.

Duties:

- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require extra help
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help with early intervention strategies for students with learning challenges
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging educational materials

Qualifications:

- Experience or education in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proficiency in Math concepts and tutoring techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies
- Familiarity with Infants thru preschool childcare settings
- Previous experience in a private school environment is a plus

Qualifications are a plus but if you do not have these you must be willing to learn.
