Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Henderson, NV
Administrative Tasks:
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files for children and staff.
  • Schedule tours and appointments, manage calendars.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with document preparation and proofreading.
  • Coordinate and plan events.
  • Enter data for accident/incident reports into TLE’s system.
  • Ensure accurate daily clock-in and clock-out for children and staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships, organize facilities maintenance, and provide technology support.
People Leadership:
  • Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan a recommended course of action.
  • Manage classroom ratios daily.
  • Assist with giving teacher breaks.
  • Handle new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and federal labor laws.
Customer Focus:
  • Greet families and children in a professional and positive manner.
  • Communicate with families regarding their child's day, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Manage parent communication and review/approve pictures in Show and Tell.
Qualifications:
  • Positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and meet all state specific requirements.
