COMMISSION BASED ONLY starting at 70% with opportunity for advancement

We are looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as an Outside Sales Life Insurance Broker. As part of our team, you recognize and cultivate leads into potential sales, travel to meet with prospective clients, and endeavor to transform one-off sales into lasting beneficial relationships. You use your skills in deal closing, direct sales, B2B sales, and niche marketing to demonstrate to leads just how our products can benefit their bottom line.

Outside Sales Life Insurance Broker Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
  • Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales

Outside Sales Life Insurance Broker Requirements and Qualifications

  • A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in a D2D environment
  • Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel

Additional Role Details

This is a full-time hybrid role (on-site in the community) for a sales representative located in Tupelo, MS. As an Insurance Broker at Planright Financial your day-to-day tasks will include engaging with prospective clients to determine their insurance and financial service requirements, building and managing relationships with clients, and effectively explaining and selling insurance products that meet clients’ needs.

Brokers work out of their homes and commute to clients homes.

This is a COMMISSION ONLY based role

Most brokers make between $85,000-$95,000 with no sales experience in their first year!

With sales experience brokers will make over SIX FIGURES in their first year!

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team player who is self-motivated and results-oriented

Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred

A desire to help others and make a positive impact in clients’ lives
