The Lewis Group of Companies is Hiring an Accountant Near Upland, CA
In your role, you will report to an Accounting Supervisor and add your 3 years of general accounting experience to a great team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Review and release monthly operating statements and other financial reports to Residential Property Management
- Prepare various workpapers for quarterly/year-end financials
- Assist residential property site staff with monthly review of their operating statements
- Run recurring journals & allocations monthly
- Monthly reporting to RPM and senior management
- Process employee collection payments
- Submit support tickets to Real Page when needed
- Account analysis and reconciliations
- 3 years’ experience in accounting
- Intermediate experience with MS Excel and MS Office (Outlook, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with corporate and regional employees
- A background in residential property management is a plus
- Experience with OneSite (RealPage) is a plus
