Job Responsibilities of the Leasing Assistant Business Manager
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Process and review new applications, complete lease documents and related paperwork
• Comply with company policies and protocols
• Assist with coordinating resident special events and activities
Job Requirements of the Assistant Business Manager:
Strong with accounting
Strong customer service skills
Yardi or CRM experience is a plus
Pass a background check
Hourly Salary:$18-$22
