Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Construction Project Executive to oversee multiple construction programs throughout the five boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Leads internal team and collaborates with external partners to develop contractual obligations, such as estimates, schedules, staffing plan and business plan
• Responsible for the successful execution of all construction projects from inception to completion
• Oversees and assesses all components of the Project Master Schedule throughout the life-cycle of the project to ensure contractual obligations are met and to hold team members accountable to all expectations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meeting with the highest quality and service standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
• Communicate directly with the client

Qualifications

• 20 years of successful construction project management experience
• Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture or construction management
• Must have in depth knowledge of New York City construction market
• Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase capital programs consisting of multiple project elements
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
• Prior experience with large, public-sector projects a must
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Compensation: Minimum: $190,000; Maximum: $225,000
