Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the owner of The Little Black Door Salon, ensuring all marketing ideas and campaigns are executed in a timely and effective manner, as well as, any other tasks to benefit the day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain supplies and inventory
• Work one on one with the business owner of the salon
• Provide marketing support to the Salon Owner & team
• Coordinates marketing projects with a b2b skillset.
• Communicates effectively to successfully collaborate with various businesses within the Tampa Bay Area.
• Creates strong exposure on all social media sites: Instagram, Tik Tok, Etc.
• Initiates and communicates various marketing strategies to the salon owner and team.
• Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings for the salon owner If need be.
• Performs various tasks as needed for the salon owner, ordering products, picking up orders etc.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in social media sites: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Strong communication skills, as well as, business building skills
• Experience with project coordination and transcribing
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns and how to grow a business in need of marketing
• Experience with a Small business start up
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage written day to day/ weekly tasks administered by the salon owner and complete them in a timely manner
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
