The Little Gym of Meridian is Hiring a Gymnastics Instructor Near Meridian, ID

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various gymnastics techniques and skills. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a fun and safe environment.

Duties:
- Plan and conduct gymnastics classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Teach proper techniques for gymnastics skills such as tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars
- Create lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their abilities and goals
- Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing proper spotting techniques and equipment usage
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized gymnasium environment

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Instructor or similar role
- Lifeguard certification is preferred
- Sports coaching or childcare experience is a plus
- Ability to climb, lift, and move equipment as needed
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students
- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Ability to swim is preferred but not required
- Background in physical education or related field is beneficial
