We are searching for a qualified candidate to maintain and progress our preschool enrichment program, WonderKids Club. We seek a dedicated, creative, organized, and passionate individual who is ready to take on a new learning adventure with 3-5 year olds. WonderKids Club operates Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 1:00 PM (August-May). During class, you would lead students through a variety of games, sensory activities, science experiments, movement songs, letter and number play, and so much more Serious Fun. Shift Schedule: Monday Friday from 8:30AM-2:30PM
Pay: Starting at $14/hour (based on experience)
Teaching Duties and requirements:
-Have an upbeat and positive attitude
-Engage students in a fun, interactive learning experience
-Efficiently teach curriculum
-Think creatively by adding elements/activities that correspond and enhance learning units
-Understand behaviors of 3-5 year olds and manage accordingly
-Be willing to assist a gymnastics class if needed
-A degree (or in the process of acquiring a degree) in early childhood development, education, or related studies preferred, but not required. CPR certified preferred (If not, must be willing to become certified). Previous childcare experience required!
