Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and neatly arranged.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
