The Lodge is a skilled sub-acute facility with state of the art therapy services. We are currently seeking a RN Infection Preventionist with exceptional leadership and clinical skills to provide compassionate quality care. Must have excellent computer skills, we are a fully integrated EHR facility. The Lodge offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
The RN Infection Preventionist assists Director of Nursing with the planning and direction of nursing staff activities and with establishing and overseeing standards for quality patient care and safety.
Implement and monitor infection control program within the facility. Complete tracking records and audit documentation records. Implement precautions as needed. Educate staff and families as needed. Covid tracking and monitoring as needed. Vaccination tracking and monitoring.
Participates in Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives and activities.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse
Leadership/management experience is preferred.
Certification and/or experience in Infection Control is preferred but not required.
Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
