However, an ideal solution sets our residents up to have the highest success rate._*QUALIFICATIONS:** Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as a RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.* Must have a valid driver’s license, if needed to drive.* At least 3 years’ experience in related field.* Must be able to sit; use hands to manipulate objects, tools, controls; reach with hands and arms, talk; and hear* Must be able to lift 20lbs.* Must be able to pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening*JOB SUMMARY:*This position will ensure that the health care needs of all residents are met. The RN will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure that staff are trained and policies are current and up to date. The RN will assist the Director of Nursing with planning, coordinating, and managing the resident services and act within regulations.
