The Los Angeles Rams is Hiring a Marketing Strategy and Operations Coordinator Near Agoura Hills, CA

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, detail-oriented support to Office of the Rams' CMO and other leaders within Marketing
Makes travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, provides support for departmental and organizational events and activities, both internally and externally
Support marketing organizations in cross-disciplinary initiatives, both across business functions and with outside parties (e.g. league-wide initiatives or executive initiatives)
Assist the Marketing Strategy and Ops manager with key event coordinaton and planning
Conduct research to identify growth and innovation opportunities and stay on top of industry trends
Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of the organization including staff at all levels, executive leadership, administration and externally
May oversee tactical projects, general administrative duties such as storage management, order supplies, shipping and receiving, & gifts
Qualifications:
1 years’ experience in Marketing or Operations roles
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-starter with the desire and ability to take initiative
A keen sense of urgency, strong follow-through in prioritizing, coordinating and planning in a high volume environment
Ability to anticipate needs and being resourceful in delivering tasks; effectively leverage available resources
High attention to detail and accuracy (proofreading/formatting)
Event planning skills and experience
Excel capability with knowledge of formulas
Expertise in PowerPoint; very skilled at the creation/maintenance of presentations
Proven track record to work well in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
Salary Range: $21.63/hr. – $24.04/hr.
