Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong background in budgeting, copywriting, performance marketing, product management, social media marketing, WordPress, analytics, marketing automation, and SEO.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
- Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

Skills:
- Proven experience in budgeting and managing marketing budgets
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
