What You Will Do

Lead the charge for excellence in property management to clean and maintain some of the best properties in town!

• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely order with the highest level of quality
• Clean and maintain all pool and grounds areas
• Routinely clean common areas around property
• Trash removal
• Snow removal and property grounds cleanup
• Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds

What You Will Need

• Willingness to perform with quality and high integrity
• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor elements
• Performance attitude and willingness to "do it right the first time"
