GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB: Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the process of information exchange with customers and co-workers by performing the following duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directly manages and maintains the Anchorage Customer Service department’s processesDirectly supervises the Anchorage Customer Service teamCoordinates and confers with other managers and management of the company to initiate improvements to our service.Implements and enforces company policies. Determines work requirements and assigns personnel as needed. Manages Anchorage Customer Service key performance indicators.Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.Helps motivate employees to achieve work goals. Dependable and consistent attendance required.Other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
