The Madison Assisted Living is Hiring an Office Receptionist Near Madison, GA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems

- Coordinate projects and assist with clerical tasks

- Perform data entry and maintain organized records

- Provide excellent customer support to residents assistance

- Assist with office management duties and resident support as needed

**Experience:**

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role

- Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records

- Experience in a medical office or as a Medical Receptionist is a plus

- Strong data entry skills with microsoft office suite and attention to detail is required

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
