Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services in local assisted living facilities, as well as in our patients’ homes! This position requires travel in the Mansfield and Ontario, Ohio areas.
Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy services such as evaluations, reassessments, implementing the plan of care, completing related documentation, supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants and coordinating with other treating professions to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio OT License
Current CPR
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
Valid drivers’ license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
