Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and delivery
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Familiarity with Maitre D POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
