Job Description: The RN-Case Manager performs concurrent clinical reviews to determine appropriateness of admission, continued need for care delivery, correct level of care and appropriate use of clinical resources in the hospital. Position Requirements: EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years acute medical/surgical or specialized clinical area experience required. Prior utilization experience preferred. Obtain a certification in Case Management within 3 years of employment preferred. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: Current registered nurse (RN) license from the State of NE required.
